Early Learning Center Requirements

  • 3 year old program: Child should be 3 years old
  • 4 year old program: Child should be 4 years old
  • Completed Application Form (Download Here)
  • Non-refundable $30.00 Application Fee
  • Copy of Applicant's
    • Birth Certificate
    • Baptism Certificate (if Catholic and baptized)
  • Reference Report - To be completed by applicant's pre-school teacher (or by parent if no prior school) and mailed directly to St. Anthony School
  • Interview with school personnel

  • Interview with school personnel
  • Testing; Test and interview appointment will be scheduled once application is received.

Grades 1 through 8 Admission Requirements

    • Current year's report card
  • Standardized Test scores submitted
  • Completion of St. Anthony School Entrance Exam (if standardized test scores are not available)
  • Teacher Reference Report: (Download Here)
    • One (1) Teacher Reference Report is required for Grades 1-3 and must be completed by the applicant's homeroom teacher.
    • Two (2) Teacher Reference Reports are required for Grades 4-8. A core subject or homeroom teacher must complete at least one report.
  • Interview with school personnel

Once an applicant is accepted and has received an acceptance letter, his/her space will be secured by submitting a non-refundable registration fee payable to St. Anthony School. Please refer to the tuition information below for information on registration fees.

Annual Tuition Rates 2013-2014

Pre-School Half Day Program
Monday to Friday 7:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.		 $6,600
Pre-School Full Day Program
Monday to Thursday 7:45 a.m. to 2:35 p.m.
Friday 7:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.		 $7,106
Pre-School Extended Program
Monday to Friday 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
ELC extended care based on space available 		$8,470
Elementary Schools (Grades K-5) $6,743
Middle Schools (Grades 6-8)
Includes technology fee for one-to-one iPad Program		 $6,897

After School Care (ELC-8) $7.50 per hour

Additional Required Fees

Re-enrollment Fee (non refundable) is due upon acceptance and registration for the upcoming school year. This fee is non-refundable. $300


TRP (Tuition Refund Policy) - A tuition refund insurance policy of $200 per child is due with the re-enrollment fee. TRP is required for semi-annual and monthly payment plans.

Tuition Payment Plan Options

Annual Payment - One payment by July 5, 2013 via FACTS**


Semi-Annual Payment - Two payments on July 5, and December 5th via FACTS**


Monthly Payment - Eleven payments on the 5th or 20th from July 2013 through May 2014 via FACTS**

Financial Aid

Limited financial aid is available through the St. Augustine Educational Foundation and St. Anthony Church and School scholarship. Applications are available in the school office. St. Anthony Church and School scholarship priority is given first to parishioners, second to Catholics and third to qualified applicants.
