Mission Statement

Nurture, Inspire, Enrich

Nurture

At St. Anthony School, to nurture means to lovingly guide each person in the light of Christ, helping them discover and develop the gifts God has placed within them. Grounded in our culture of aloha, we create a safe and supportive environment where students, families, faculty, and our parish ‘ohana feel valued, encouraged, and cared for. Through compassion, faith, and community, we cultivate growth in faith, character, and knowledge so that all may flourish as the best version of themselves.

Inspire

At St. Anthony School, to inspire means to spark hearts and minds to see the light of God in all we do. Through faith, curiosity, and joyful learning, we encourage each person to live with purpose and hope. Anchored in our Catholic mission, we model Christ’s example, igniting a love of learning, faith, and service that motivates our students to reach their fullest potential. We celebrate each success, big and small, as moments of growth and grace. Together with families, faculty, and our parish ‘ohana, we foster a spirit of gratitude, creativity, and compassion that empowers our community to shine God’s light in the world.

Enrich

At St. Anthony School, to enrich means to make life fuller in heart, mind, and spirit. We weave faith into all that we do, supporting parents/guardians as the primary educators, and creating meaningful experiences that deepen understanding, strengthen character, and celebrate the joy of learning and living in God’s grace. Through academic excellence, faith formation, and service, we help each student discover the richness of their gifts and the beauty of community. Founded in our Catholic traditions, we honor and celebrate the many ways our students, families, faculty, and parish ‘ohana grow together in wisdom, gratitude, and love.

Vision

A culture guided by faith.

Culture
Our culture is the heartbeat of St. Anthony School, the way we live, learn, love, and grow together as one ‘ohana. Guided by faith, it is reflected in every relationship, tradition, and daily interaction. Our classrooms are places of curiosity, creativity, and joy, where students are encouraged to explore, make mistakes, and celebrate growth. The spirit of aloha shapes how we care for one another, fostering a sense of belonging, service, and collaboration that creates a community where every member feels valued, supported, and inspired to live their faith in action.

Faith
Faith is the foundation of who we are and the light that guides every part of our community. It is not just taught, it is lived, breathed, and shared each day. Faith shapes our actions, guiding us to act with kindness, patience, and gratitude, and informs our decisions with care and compassion. It gives our work purpose, helping each child discover their God-given gifts and grow in faith, hope, and love. Faith unites us as a school family, inspiring service, stewardship, and joy in both moments of celebration and times of challenge. In all we do, we strive to live as Christ lived, modeling love, integrity, and grace.

A culture guided by faith reflects our School-Wide Learning Expectations (L.O.V.E.) in every action, resonates with prayer and encouragement, and embodies the love of Christ as we welcome everyone into our school family.
